An all around with the capacity to smoke meats in the vertical chamber. On the vertical chamber, you'll find a cool spring handle for easy opening, three grate shelves, a hanging rod and a clean-out door on bottom. A port is located on both the vertical chamber and grill for the option of adding temperature gauges. A hook and drain can be found underneath the smoker for your grease bucket. This grill provides for temperature control with our intake draft and smoke stack damper. Standard cooking grates are included in the grill and firebox and cool spring door handles. In the firebox area you'll find a large cleanout door and cleanout tool for clean up; A removable wood/charcoal bottom grate; And a warming plate for any side items. This beauty sits on heavy duty steel wheels, has a handle for moving, as well as a wood rack for storage and a bottle opener.
