The Offset Smoker is a versatile smoker with both an offset and vertical chamber, offering the best of both worlds: classic, smoky flavor from an offset and efficient cooking from a vertical smoker- designed for serious barbecue cooking. Constructed from ¼” heavy-duty steel, the Offset Smoker is built to endure outdoor use. It features a vertical cooking chamber with ample space, allowing for cooking large quantities of food simultaneously, which is suitable for events and gatherings. The cooking area accommodates various types of meat such as brisket, ribs, and more. This smoker is mounted on skids allowing for easier movement around a property.
