A firebox charcoal grate elevates charcoal for better air circulation, promoting even burning and temperature control. It ensures good oxygen supply for combustion, protects the firebox surface from heat damage, and makes clean-up easier by collecting ash below the coals.
Our charcoal grates are constructed using #3 expanded metal grating and 1 ½” x 1/8” flat strap.
- Measurements: 16" x 9" x 1 ¾” (this size is used in our 16" & 20" diameter fireboxes)
